The PHOOZY uses NASA technology to insulate and is designed to be used in an inner jacket or pants pocket while you are outside. It is not designed to work in a cold vehicle for an extended period of time. Also, the PHOOZY isn't a phone warmer or heater, it's an insulator just like your jacket. It extends the period of time that your phone will remain at its operating temperature much in the same way your jacket will keep you from freezing or a cooler will keep a beverage cool in the heat, but only for a period of time.
